Description

This milestone, dating from the late 18th to early 19th century, is made of granite and stands approximately 1.3 metres high. It has an upright block shape with a flat top and a triangular plan. The front faces are angled forward and feature inscriptions in Roman serif capitals, stating "TO EXON XVII MILES" on the left and "TO BARUM XXIII MILES" on the right.
