Wheelwrights, now workshop and adjoining shelter. Probably C18. Plastered cob on rubble footings with corrugated iron roof (formerly thatch) to workshop, pantiles to shelter. Workshop of 2 rooms separated by cob cross wall; a 2-bay room to left open to roof and 3-bay shelter adjoining right end at right angles, its cob wall backing onto street with monopitch roof. Workshop has high double doors to left and smaller door and unglazed 2-light window to right. First floor loading bay in right end (to road). Intact A-frame roof with pegged, lap-jointed collars and trenched purlins, half-hipped to left and hipped to right. Included for group value.
