Description

Pedlar Headstone is an 18th-century headstone located approximately 12 meters south of the south porch of the Church of St Bartholomew. Made of mudstone, this upright slab stands about 600 millimeters high and features a roughly-shaped elliptical head. It is inscribed with both upper and lower case letters that commemorate the burial of Joane Pedlar, although the date has worn away.
