Description
Devon Cottage, Hatherleigh House, and Hatherleigh Cottage form a long, two-storey building of roughcast construction with a thatched roof. The building dates to the 18th century. Hatherleigh House section has dormers visible on the roofline. The windows are 18th-century sash windows with widely and irregularly spaced glazing bars. Hatherleigh House features a Tuscan porch and a single segmental bow on the first floor. Devon Cottage has a trellis porch. The building has six-panel doors.
