Description

No 1 Church Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of stucco. It stands three storeys tall and features 19th-century sash windows. The building has a prominent projecting porch supported by Ionic columns and adorned with a dentilled entablature. The entrance includes a six-panel door. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and there are broad eaves with paired brackets. No 1 Church Road and the outhouse associated with it form a group.
