Description

12 Church Road is an early 19th-century building located in Alphington. It is roughcast and stands two storeys high with three windows featuring sashes and glazing bars. The entrance has a six-panel door with a rectangular light above it, framed by a bracketed architrave. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. There is a rear extension to the building.
