Description
No 207 on High Street, which includes No 1 Goldsmith Street, is a mid-19th century building that is rendered and stands three storeys tall. It features a modern shop front, a Venetian window on the first floor, and two casement windows above. The building has a modillion cornice and a pierced parapet, with the roof not visible. The Goldsmith Street side has a similar frontage with four windows. The property is noted for its group value due to its location on the High Street. No 1 Goldsmith Street is an 18th-century building, also rendered, with decorative bands at each floor and pilasters. It has four storeys and three windows, featuring sash windows with glazing bars, except for the first floor. The roof of this building is also not visible.
