Description

12 Fore Street is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located in Heavitree. It is constructed of red brick with decorative bands and stands three storeys tall, featuring three windows. To the right, there is a two-storey extension. The building has sash windows with glazing bars, except for a two-storey late 19th century canted bay window on the left and the first-floor window above the Tuscan porch on the right. The entrance includes a six-panel door topped with a fanlight. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
