Description

The archway between the two blocks on Heavitree Road dates from 1591 to 1594 and features a commemorative tablet marking the original foundation by Sir Robert and Sir Thomas Dennis. It is part of the Livery Dole Almshouses, along with the chapel and wall, which together form a group.
