Description

Clystlands is a detached stucco house located on Heavitree Road, built around 1830. The building is two storeys high and features a three-window entrance front with a central pediment and a recessed Greek Doric porch. The tympanum and frieze are adorned with wreath ornamentation. The stuccoed front includes a verandah supported by cast iron columns and decorated with key-pattern trellis. The roof is made of slate.
