Description

Southlands is a two-storey, L-shaped house located on Heavitree Road. It dates from the same period as the building itself. The exterior features incised lines on the quoins and a cast iron balustrade on the ground floor balcony. A porch and verandah were added later. The house is topped with a slate roof.
