Description

Seldon House, dating to around 1850, is a Late Greek Revival style building located on the north side of Mont-le-Grand. The building is rendered and has two storeys and three bays, distinguished by incised pilasters topped with acroterion capitals. The windows are largely sash windows with glazing bars, though a later 19th-century canted bay has been added. A pediment sits above the front door. A parapet obscures the roof. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the listed buildings in Mont-le-Grand.
