Description

The Horse and Groom Public House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of Fore Street in Heavitree. It is rendered and features a band at the second floor level. The structure stands three storeys high and has three windows, which are sash windows with glazing bars, situated above a 19th-century bar frontage. To the right, there is a two-storey wing with three windows that includes a shop and an archway. The building is topped with a slate roof and is included for its group value with Nos 2 to 10 (even) Church Street.
