Description

This is an 18th-century cottage situated at an angle to the road, located near Stockland Millhayes. The cottage is built of plastered stone rubble and has a thatched, hipped roof. It originally had a three-window front, although the left-hand bay is a modern extension. The windows are mostly 19th-century and modern two-light casements. A plank door is positioned to the right of the centre, and it is protected by a modern wooden porch. Two brick chimney stacks rise from the ridge of the roof. A modern lean-to has been added to the rear (east) of the building.
