Description
Bulmoor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around the 17th century. It is constructed of roughcast cob or stone rubble and features an asbestos slate hipped roof. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with late 19th-century three-light casements that include glazing bars. The central entrance has a panelled door and is sheltered by a porch with a slate roof. The front wall is supported by three large buttresses, and there are brick chimney stacks at each end. An adjoining byre is located at the east end of the farmhouse. Inside, some exposed timber framing can be seen in the rear internal wall, along with stopped chamfered ceiling beams and a fireplace that has a chamfered bressummer.
