Description
Great Trill Farmhouse is an 18th century house constructed from stone rubble, featuring dressed quoins and a rendered front. It has a stone roof with stone coping on the gable ends and a band at the first floor level. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window range with sashes that include glazing bars, four of which are tripartite sashes. There is a doorway to the left of centre, which has a modern glazed porch. The farmhouse includes brick ridge and end stacks.
At the rear, there is a wing that forms an L-shaped plan, which may be older and has a hipped roof. A shield set into the west gable displays the arms of the Drakes of Ashe.
