Description

Sauchenbush is a 18th century plastered cob cottage located in Budleigh Salterton on Kersbrook Lane. The building has thatched roofs with gabled ends, and the east end is at a lower level. It is two storeys high and features a four-window range with casements. There are brick chimney stacks at the gable ends of the west section. The side facing the road has a plank door, two small fixed-light windows with leaded panes, and a two-light casement window. At the west end, there is a lean-to, and at the east end, there is an outbuilding with a corrugated iron roof.
