Description

The stables north of Colyton House are a range built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from stone rubble with freestone dressings and feature a slate roof with stone coping on the gables. This single-storey range has two slightly advanced two-storey gabled wings on either side, which are accented with quoins. The stables include segmental arched carriage entrances, moulded stringcourses, and loft doors positioned above.
