Description
Geleen is an 18th-century house located on King Street in Colyton. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof with gabled ends. The building has a moulded stone eaves cornice, rusticated quoins, and a stringcourse. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The window openings are adorned with keystones, and the centre window on the first floor has a moulded architrave and apron panel. The ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor features three-light casements with leaded panes, although the centre and first-floor windows have been replaced with modern casements. The central doorway is framed by a moulded architrave with a keystone and has a moulded panel door. There is a brick chimney stack at one end of the house.
