Description
Yeatlands Farmhouse, which includes an adjoining outbuilding to the northwest, is a house dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed of rendered stone rubble and features a steeply pitched concrete tile roof with gabled and hipped ends. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with modern casements. On the ground floor, there is a modern glazed porch and a French window. A semi-circular oven projects from the west end, and there is a gabled wing at the northwest, creating an L-shaped plan. The adjoining outbuilding to the northwest has external stairs leading to a loft door. Inside, the farmhouse features stopped chamfered ceiling beams and a chamfered fireplace bressummer.
