Description
The premises of International Stores and King's Bakery is an early 19th century painted brick building, with a roughcast right-hand return. It features a slate hipped roof and stands three storeys tall with three bays. The building has sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor showcases an early 19th century shop front, complete with pilasters that have an incised Greek key design. Above the shop front, there is a decorative cast iron balcony at the first-floor window. The right-hand return facing Market Square is also roughcast and includes a four-window range, along with sash windows and a doorcase that has panelled reveals and a cornice.
