Description
King's Bakers and The Leather Box is a shop pair dating from the 16th century, with a front added in the 18th century. The building features a timber frame with stucco on the first floor. It has boxed eaves and a plain tiled roof, which includes a large brick chimney stack positioned behind the ridge to the right. There are three hipped dormers, and the structure is two storeys high with attics. The first floor has an irregular arrangement of three wide glazing bar sash windows. On the ground floor, the right side has a 19th-century double shop front with a central recessed half-glazed door and a fascia board above. The left side features another shop front with a half-glazed door at the far left and a fascia board above.
