Description

Goodmans is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of stucco, with a hipped roof covered in pantiles and featuring paired brackets to the eaves soffit. The house is two storeys high and has three bays on the front facade. It has sash windows with glazing bars. The central doorcase features panelled pilasters, panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, and a panelled door. A 20th-century wooden porch has been added. The house is rectangular on plan, with a longer three-bay south side that incorporates a 20th-century glazed conservatory. A rebuilt brick ridge stack is present.
