Description

This is a large, early 19th-century two-story stucco villa situated within spacious grounds. The garden front comprises two three-window wings linked by a central block. The windows are recessed sash windows, with intact glazing bars and Venetian shutters. Each wing features a six-bay verandah. The central bay may be a later addition. The west end has a bracketed rectangular bay window on the first floor. A projecting porch, centred on the ground floor, has glazed sides, panelled pilasters, an entablature and a pediment. It contains a panelled door and an elliptical arched fanlight incorporating a lamp. The interior is well-preserved.
