Description

Coombehayes Farmhouse is likely from the 16th or early 17th century, and is a two-story building with a thatched roof. The front features a projecting wing, which was probably added later. The farmhouse has walls constructed of stone and cob. Some windows are mullioned with five lights, using oak frames and leaded glass, and have label moulds above the ground-floor openings. Chimneys are built from ashlar masonry.
