Description

Manor Millhouse is a building likely dating from the 18th century, featuring two storeys and constructed of stone with a limewashed finish. It has a slate roof and consists of a mill-house and an adjoining cottage. The cottage includes two 3-light casement windows with glazing bars and has a modernised interior. The mill-house retains wood machinery and millstones, along with a wood and iron water-wheel. Inside, there are ledged wide-boarded doors and doors fitted with H hinges, highlighting its industrial archaeological significance.
