Description
This is a coach house built around 1830, located approximately 30 metres north of Ratclyffe. It features plastered walls that are likely made of brick and stone rubble, with a roof that is hipped at both ends. The coach house, which includes haylofts above, faces south towards Ratclyffe over a service courtyard. The front has three bays, with a large central round-headed arch flanked by two segmental-headed arches. The central arch has plank double doors topped by a glass fanlight, and is supported by shallow pilaster buttresses. The arches on either side are now blocked and contain 20th-century windows. There is an additional pilaster buttress at the left end. The roof features three gabled dormer windows that likely contain original casements with glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
