Description
This is a cowhouse located 2 metres north of Borcombe Farmhouse, likely built around 1850. It is constructed from local stone and flint rubble, topped with an interlocking tile roof. The small cowhouse faces south and features a central doorway flanked by unglazed windows, along with two small windows for the hayloft. The roof is gable-ended. Inside, there is plain carpentry detail. This cowhouse, together with Borcombe Farmhouse and the barn, creates a cohesive farm group in a picturesque setting.
