Description
The Lampard monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 1 metre south of the tower of the Church of St Mary the Virgin in West Knoyle. It dates from 1772 and commemorates Mary Lampard. The tomb is made of limestone and features blue lias panels. It has a plinth, two panels, fielded pilasters, and a moulded cornice that supports a flat top.
