Description

Number 7 Martinslade is an early 19th-century cottage made of red brick with a slate roof and end stacks. The building has two storeys and a double fronted design, featuring 16-pane sash windows on each side and a central boarded door. All the lower openings have gauged brick heads. This cottage is noted as a good surviving example of the brick cottages that were built near the Kennet and Avon Canal.
