Description

Loiterton Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is timber-framed and features a 20th-century plain tiled roof, with a ridge stack and a stack at the west end. The building has two storeys and is square-framed with angle braces. The front has a range of four pairs of casement windows above, and there is a door in a gabled porch located in the second bay of the ground floor, flanked by sash windows. To the left of the porch, there is another door with adjoining casement windows. At the rear, there is a lean-to structure.
