Description
Upper Beanacre Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse featuring an ashlar front and a rubble stone wing at the rear. It has a stone slate hipped roof with ashlar stacks. The building has a symmetrical three-window front and is two storeys high. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with a fanlight and a classical porch supported by Doric columns. There is a four-pane sash window on either side of the door and three sashes on the upper floor. A plain plat band runs along the first floor, and there is a plain cornice at the parapet. At the rear, there is a two-storey, two-window wing that is contemporary with the main building. The interior has not been inspected.
