Description
Knighton Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1820 to 1840. It features diaper brickwork and a slate roof. The building is two stories tall with four bays and has a wing on the right side, which also has four bays. There is a door leading to a through passage, and a staircase is located in the rear projection. The entrance has a four-panelled door topped with a fanlight. The windows are 12- and 16-pane sashes set in deep reveals with concealed boxes, and they have tumbled brick lintels above them. The eaves are wide, and the roofs are hipped. The chimney stacks are grouped to serve the main rooms.
