Description
The Hillbourn monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, 7 meters southeast of the chancel of the Church of St Giles. It dates from 1769 and is made of limestone. The tomb has a plain rectangular shape and features deeply incised Roman and italic lettering that commemorates several members of the Hillbourn family on both sides. The top of the tomb is finished with a cyma recta moulded slab.
