Description
This canal bridge, built in the late 18th century, is made of English bond brick with concrete coping on the parapet. It features a plain segmental arch and has slightly swept revetment walls. This bridge is significant as it is the only one still standing on the unfinished Southampton and Salisbury Canal, which was partially completed by around 1795.
