Description

Rixon Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Cerney Wick Lane in Ashton Keynes. It is constructed of limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and features two storeys plus attics. The building has three bays, with a left rear wing that contains two additional bays. A central door is present, flanked by tripartite ground floor sash windows, while the first floor has 12-pane sashes and there are two hipped dormers in the attic. The roof is hipped to the left, and there is a 20th-century porch over the central door on the side elevation. Gable stacks are also part of the structure.
