Description

The Manse is a house built around 1840 to 1850. It features a limestone ashlar facade, with coursed rubble at the ends and rat-trap bond brick at the rear. The roof is made of slate. The building is two stories high and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a four-panelled door with a radial fanlight set within a round-headed opening that has a raised surround, keystone, and abaci. The windows are sixteen-pane sashes in concealed boxes. The facade includes end quoins and a plat band, and the roof is hipped with gable stacks.
