Farmhouse. Early to late C19. Limestone ashlar, Welsh slate roof with stone stacks with dentilled cappings. L-plan. Two-storey, 5- window west front. Central stone porch with double half-glazed doors, 4-pane segmental-headed sash either side, 2-storey flanking canted bays with sashes, first floor has round-arched sashes, pediments over bays, moulded cornice to blocking course. Right return has 2-storey porch with round-arched opening and 6-panelled door with fanlight, 4-pane sashes either side in recessed round- headed panels. Sill band to first floor 16-pane sashes, pediment over sash above porch. Rear range attached to right has pair of sashes to ground and first floors. Rear has gabled wing with sashes. Attached to rear left is stable with planked door and lunettes, hipped roof. Interior not inspected.
