Description

The Jones tomb, located about 9 meters south of the rood stair of the Church of St. Andrew, is a chest tomb dating from around 1810. It is made of pennant stone and features single slab sides with rectangular plaques. The north side is adorned with a low relief urn, while the south side displays intertwined foliage. The tomb is flanked by wreathed Ionic pilasters and has a moulded base and cap. It is situated in row 5, east of the churchyard path.
