Description
No 12 is a house located on Zouch Farm Road, dating from the early to mid-18th century. It features flint laced brickwork and a 20th-century tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with an outshut at the rear under the continuation of the roof. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within a gabled brick porch that includes side seats. The ground floor has three-light casement windows with segmental arches above the openings. There is an external gable stack with a projecting oven on the right gable and an internal stack on the left.
