Description

No 12 is a house located on White Street in Market Lavington, dating from the later 18th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The entrance is an off-centre six-panelled door, which is topped by a flat canopy supported by cut brackets. The windows are sixteen-paned sashes with flush boxes, although the left window on the ground floor is an early 19th-century style, set in rebates and featuring a segmental head. There is a gable stack on the left side of the house.
