Description
This is a cottage situated at an angle to Pennings Road in North Tidworth. It was likely built using flint, with decorative banding of brick and chalkstone, and has chalkstone quoins. The cottage is two stories high with two bays. An entrance is located in the south bay, sheltered by a thatched porch. The windows are timber casements, with segmental brick arches over the ground-floor openings. A stack, indicating a chimney, is positioned between the main room and a service room on the north side. The roof is thatched and hipped. A single-story thatched extension was added in the 20th century to the north end of the original structure.
