Description
No 25 is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the mid-18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of brick and flint, with repairs and rebuilding done in 19th-century brick. The roof is tiled. The building is two stories high and has three bays; the left bay was refaced in the 19th century, while the right bay was rebuilt in the later 19th century. The entrance features a six-panel door, with the upper panels being glazed. The windows are leaded casements with crown glass. There is a stack located between the first and second bays, and an external gable stack on the third bay. To the right of the main house, there is a single-storey, thatched, two-bay outbuilding that was formerly associated with a bakery, now faced in brick towards the road. At the rear, there is a single-storey dairy with a gable stack, and to the left, there is a timber and thatched outbuilding and stable.
