This is an early 19th-century building comprising three shops on River Street, Pewsey. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and has a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high and has four bays. The central shop features a mid-to-late 19th-century shopfront and a door to the left. The first floor has timber casement windows, with a tripartite window at the centre. The building has two brick stacks. It is included on the list for its group value alongside Phoenix Row.
