Description

122 and 124 High Street are a row of two shops dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed of colourwashed brick and feature a plain tile roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have a decorative dentilled eaves band. The facade consists of three bays, with a single shop front on the left and a double shop front on the right. Both shop fronts have square bay windows filled with plate glass and colonettes at the corners, along with glazed doors. The first floor has 20th-century casement windows set in 19th-century openings. These shops are included for their group value.
