Description

No. 132 High Street is an early 19th-century house. The building is constructed of brick that is plastered and lined to resemble ashlar, topped with a plain tile roof and featuring a brick stack behind the ridge. It has one storey and an attic, with two bays and toothed brick bands above the floor windows and at the eaves level. The windows are sixteen-pane glazing bar sashes with moulded wooden frames. There are two attic dormers that have glazing bar casements and hipped roofs. To the left, there is a plank door that opens into a covered passageway. This house is included for its group value.
