The houses consist of two parallel ranges and stand three storeys tall, with reduced proportions on the second floor. They have a cyma recta moulded eaves cornice and two bays with 16-pane glazing bar sash windows. The ground floor includes two bow windows supported by Doric pilasters, each containing 12-pane glazing bar sash windows. There are also two six-panel doors with moulded wooden doorcases and dentilled pediments. The interior has not been inspected.
