Description
A pair of estate cottages dating to around 1870, located on the north-west side of Church Street in Great Bedwyn. They are constructed of diaper brick with buff brick dressings and decoration. Each cottage is two storeys high and one bay wide, with a lateral entrance. The door to number 87 is set within a recessed porch, likely the original arrangement. The windows are diamond lattice margin glazed iron windows; one to the rear has been replaced. The left-hand gable is rendered, while the right-hand gable features brick headers arranged in a diamond pattern. These cottages represent the final pair built within a group.
