Description

This is a chest tomb from the late 18th century, located about 1 metre south of the south wall of the former Corsham Congregational Chapel. It is made of ashlar stone and features a moulded base and cornice, along with a fluted frieze. The south side of the tomb has a single broad shield plaque with drapery drops on each side, while the north side displays a broad shield plaque flanked by flaming urns.
