Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house, originally built of ashlar and now featuring a Bridgwater tiled mansard roof and end wall stacks. It is two storeys and has an attic, with two hipped dormers. The front facade has a four-window range, a broad band, a moulded cornice, and a parapet. The first floor has four original 12-pane sash windows. The ground floor originally featured a moulded arched doorcase with imposts and a keystone on the left side, though the door and radiating bar fanlight are 20th century replacements. The remainder of the front facade was rebuilt in the 20th century, using ashlar and incorporating a timber canted oriel window in the centre and a right-side door within a raised stone surround and carved hood supported by brackets. The interior has been altered.
